A: Find the Bluetooth "carplay" device on your mobile phone. When you connect it for the first time, a prompt will appear on your mobile phone, please click to use the device or trust it.
Question: How do I connect a mirror link?
A: Before connecting the phone, click on the phoneLink function of the device, change the automatic connection option in the corresponding phone type to mirroring, then connect the phone data cable and click the appropriate authorization on the end of the phone to connect.
Q: How do you transmit sound through a car horn?
A: There are three points regarding the sound problem: 1. Our device comes with a small speaker that can play sound, you can turn it off by setting; 2. 2. Transmit the sound to the original car radio using the FM transmission function of the device (for example, select 86.3MHz on the device, and then play music from the U-disk, then find the frequency 86.3 MHz on a car radio); 3. Use a 3.5mm AUX cable to transmit audio to the original car player via the device's AUX OUT interface (some models do not support this function, please see the product interface description for details).
Q: Bluetooth connection failed, or are some functions not working properly after connection?
A: Please use your mobile phone to search for a Bluetooth device named "carplay"; Delete the devices that were paired but not connected to the phone. Some Bluetooth devices that have been paired with each other may cause the phone's Bluetooth to be unable to be paired with other devices or its function is disrupted.
Q: Won't the Bluetooth connection automatically connect to car paly or Android auto?
A: Due to some connected Bluetooth devices, our device will not be able to switch automatically. Please clear all paired Bluetooth devices on the mobile phone, restart the Bluetooth of the mobile phone and the car devices, and restore the Bluetooth connection.
Q: Are music playback and phone conversations too quiet?
A: Hold the top of the screen with your finger and swipe down. You can adjust the playback volume by pulling down the status bar; When you return to the home screen during a conversation, you can adjust the call volume in the status bar.
Question: Can't you remember the time and date?
A: Due to the high temperature in the car in summer, in order to ensure safety, the device does not have a battery, so it cannot remember the time and date. After connecting the mobile phone, it will automatically update the time and date.
Q: Can't read or play music and videos from SD cards, USB drives?
A: Please use an 8GB or 16GB memory card or a USB flash drive. Some high-capacity storage devices may not support it. Format the storage device to make sure that the file system of the storage device is the default value; Partially encoded video or music may not be recognized by the device, please use media files of a common format.
