The combination of Yam Root Extract and Panthenol has high moisture retention and skin soothing capability, which helps strengthen the skin barrier while providing deep hydration to skin. Formulated with Phyto-Mucin Complex to protect the skin’s moisture barrier, as well as Vegan Milk Complex to provide moisturizing and firming effect. Non-clumping, leaving a silky finish.
