▶ Precautions when accepting exchanges and returns (refunds)
1. If the item does not arrive at the return location within 14 days of receipt, the application will be cancelled. (Excluding delivery delays)
2. Delivery times may be longer in Jeju and mountainous regions.
3. It is shipped the day after the order is confirmed and the payment is made.
(However, if there is no spare product or there is a problem with the product, it will take +1 more day because a new one will be purchased and shipped.)
