COMPLAINT: Packaged only in thin plastic film. Several dents. Lid cracked and plastic pieces are in the bag. It says 1200 ml in several places in the specifications but it is only 1000 ml (engraved in the bottle). It is not possible to contact Joom's customer service. Have contacted Klarna and they have paused the invoice but reply that Joom's customer service must be contacted. Attached picture showing cracked lid, plastic parts and the thin packaging. Since it is impossible to contact Joom's customer service (have looked everywhere on the website but cannot find a way to contact) this must count as a complaint and complaint date.

Excellent product, but the bottom is dented, I don't know if it will straighten out or not. This happened during transportation. But it's not the customer's fault. It should have been packed more carefully. What if it leaks in those places? That would be wonderful.

Neat, convenient container. Scale with divisions on the side. Convenient to use, easy to wash.

Small size. For one occasion. Not suitable for an elderly person for the night.
