Arrived in 20 days. The quality is not very good, but for the money it will do. Regarding the size, I was led to believe the comments that they are small and took 38r 40-41, so they are big for me. So feel free to take your size.

It runs veeeery small, for my 38 I ordered size 40-41 and even then, it was a tight fit....
