Relies on South African postal service for delivery which does not function well, it is an institution that is on the verge of collapsing. Had no idea where I was supposed to pick up the package, couldn't communicate with Joom to confirm!!!!! Eventually tried local post office and found it there. Had to pay very high local delivery (and customs?) fee, 50% of online cost which was not mentioned during purchase. Will not use Joom again until they quote the total cost and use courier services in South Africa (which works very well).
