The cooker look very good. Unfortunately one of the handles was broken. We discovered it when we opened the parcel. I have tried to send This information to the custom service, but have not succeeded. Tried everything 🧐. Obviously the information about reporting problems is a scam!!! The material is aluminium and not stainless steel as statated
