Ordered a Large and received a Small. Company only offered to refund 50% and for me to keep the small. Had a similar experience with a previous order. I ordered an XL but it was far too big. Wanted to exchange, again I was offered a refund of 50% and keep the item. As far as exchanges are concerned it seems a "no-go".
