This order was delivered but my next order was not and a refund is not being honored. I feel extremely ripped off by Joom and will also never order anything from there again.

the device itself works, but it didn't get along with my old player. the problem is most likely with the player, but there is no possibility to check on another device.

It does its main job, but the controls on it are a scam. "Level" controls the volume, and "Volume" does nothing.

Very bad sound quality. Without this pickup, it plays much, much better
