Making a delicious sweet treat with our Protein Brownie Mix is quick and easy because you only need two other ingredients: oil and water.

Ingredients: chocolate powder without added sugar [cocoa mass, cocoa butter, reduced fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithins (soy), flavouring], whole milk powder, rice flour, hydrolyzed collagen 6.8%, reduced fat cocoa powder, whole egg powder, whey protein concentrate 3.4%, whey protein isolate 1%, flavourings, sweetener (sucralose).

How to use:
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Mix 1 serving (120 g = 6 heaped tablespoons) baking mix with 80 ml (= 8 tablespoons) water and 30 g (= 3 tablespoons) sunflower oil until you get a smooth consistency.
Bake for 15 minutes and let cool 10 minutes before cutting..
It can also be made with coconut oil and butter.
