Step2. Apply a thin coat of dip Base.
Step3. Dip finger,then brush off excess powder.
Step4. Repeat step3
Step5. Apply dip Activator,wait until dry.
Step6. Shape nails and nail surface.
Step7. Apply dip Top in 2-3 quick brush strokes.
Step8. Let nail have air dried for 1-2 minuters.
