Dear sir this is my first and hopefully last complaint, having received my earlier orders that were okay. I was so disappointed to receive my latest order today and disappointed to find the complete order of round sink hole overflow covers , order no' H01LFA0145744 from Join logistics. Invoice no '69e42cc8e1ed5137ce07814c. Arrived in the colour "white". Instead of my request for Black... I'm not using these for sinks or anything in the bathroom, but to clean up the 20mm holes I had drilled in a large area of a dark coloured Decking to drain off excess water that happened during a flood...I realise that it's possible to make mistakes on an order but with your very nice line drawings of how to order I thought that there would be no problem... I did order Black as your invoice shows , so to make this 89 years old happy I would still like my original order shown above sent as to the same address at your convenience... I have enclosed a couple of photos of the earlier orders shown in the plastic box, and the WHITE ones received today which should have been black...
