Delivered quickly and everything was well packaged. But the discrepancy between the description and the number of pieces in the package when directly selecting the item is annoying. Pcs means 'quantity'. 100 Pcs, which are indicated when selecting the item, and 20 pieces (actually) are not the same thing. I tried to replace the item (almost immediately after paying for the order) with another one (cheaper and a different quantity). They sent both the item I wanted to replace and the one I additionally ordered for replacement. The item was not removed from the list, and the money, of course, was not refunded. Customer support asked questions and then calmed down. I didn't receive an answer. Mood spoiled.

The beads are bright, beautiful, when I have time I will string a necklace, good evening everyone.
