I am writing after the third attempt to remove unwanted hairs. I started with a thin layer and the minimum recommended time - nothing was removed. Then the layer was applied thicker and the time was increased to the maximum allowed 10 minutes - all the hairs are in place! Of the positives - it doesn't burn, there is no allergy, the smell is pleasant. I thought maybe the hairs would at least become thinner and less noticeable (I have mostly light ones), but no - they didn't lighten, and there are still some stiff ones. It's a pity, but it's not my option.

The box is wet, crumpled. The tube was not damaged. Inside the packaging were wrinkle strips, they contain liquid, apparently from them the liquid leaked out and the box was spoiled. My mood deteriorated overall from the parcel due to such troubles. The other purchases are in good condition.

I give 5 stars for the soft texture of the cream, but I would like there to be a spatula in the box with the cream for removal. I tried it on my face. After 10 minutes, as recommended, there was no effect. I left it on for 15, then removed it. There was no irritation or redness, just a slight burning sensation. But not all hairs were removed.

Packed wonderfully, but the characteristic - all lies, smeared the area above the lip, waited 10 minutes, the light downy hairs seemed to break off (feeling like stubble remained) but the black ones didn't go anywhere, became coarser to the touch, what to do?, I'm panicking for now.
