Instructions and recommendations on how to use the derived pan from the harrow disk and store it correctly:
First use:
The pan has been heat treated and cooled with oil.Put it on the fire, add fresh oil and fry a little. Stir the oil with a spatula over the entire plane, so that it smokes for a few minutes.
Next, drain the fried oil into a separate vessel (you will still need this oil to preserve the pan in the off-season), and pour fresh oil into the pan and start preparing the dish.
Please note that the products must be thrown onto a well-heated pan.
After use:
After cooking, wipe the pan with paper or a cloth to get rid of food residue.
Do not scrape the surface with abrasive materials. After use, you need to pour a little vegetable oil in the middle, and then carefully and gently spread it over the surface in a thin layer.

In the off-season, grease the pan, lid, legs and handles with oil from the first frying. Wrap the pan and all elements in newspaper, put in a cover and store in a dry place.
