The fan was sent broken on PURPOSE the package was perfect but the fan inside was broken. I also sent a message for a refund but the message couldn’t deliver. Now I have been scammed and they won’t refund! Do not buy these products of Joom!! They will take your money and send you broken items.

Excellent small and light fan! There is a cord for wearing on the neck and "ears" on the fan itself to which the cord is attached! There is also a charger for the fan (only a cable, without a plug)! Power button, fan power display (5 speeds). The fan can be folded at an angle and placed on the table! I am very happy with the order! I recommend it!

The fan is a bit weak and it's unclear how long to charge it 🤔the charging port doesn't fit the connector !! You can see in the photo, the cable has one type of connector and the fan input has another!

Took it for the summer .on the road, a trip by transport is good to use.

I haven't even opened the box yet and haven't checked it in operation
