I bought 2 pieces. They arrived in dented packaging. Neither worked from the 220V mains, only from the battery when in contact. I wanted to return them. The support service asked me to take a video showing both lamps (external appearance, how we screw them in, whether they light up or not) to resolve the issue with returning the lamps and money. When I was taking the video, the lamps did not work. I decided to try screwing the lamps into a new socket with a motion sensor. In it, both lamps lit up. After that, they also lit up in the chandeliers. Perhaps this review will help someone if the same problem arises.

Ordered once, everything came as it should, with a hook and even batteries in the case, the second time I ordered, the lamp came with batteries but without a hook, but that's not important, it works fine for 2 hours but then gradually dims, but the plus is that if you have a couple of spare batteries, you can replace them and the light will continue)
