The watch does not pair with the Samsung A32 phone. I bought it instead of a pedometer. It doesn't count steps even in a watch.. For the fourth day in a row I've been trying to establish a connection and it gives an error. It says the watch is not connected. Money down the drain! I ask for a refund. I am supplementing: I contacted the support service and explained the situation. Within a few hours, the money was returned and even credited to the account.! Thanks to the support service for the prompt work!

Many shortcomings. The watch runs fast (gained 15 minutes in 2 days), messages don't come through, the battery life is poor (6-7 hours with inactive use), blood pressure measurement is incorrect (but I didn't expect it to be accurate), the reminder to drink water doesn't work. Only the pedometer works normally (I think, haven't checked).

The body color does not match the one ordered, in the photo - glossy gold, in reality - matte pink, there is no Ukrainian language, although it is declared in the parameters on the website page, the goods were delivered for a long time.

The watch only holds a charge for three hours. I really regret buying it. I ordered a lot before, but now all the desire is gone. Why lie like that?
