Today I started decorating the Christmas tree and discovered that out of 24 balls, only 13 are whole. The remaining 11 balls are either broken or dented. The gold balls in the other package also had even worse damage. I was compensated for the losses. I also request a refund for the 11 pieces of damaged goods.

Overall, the balls are not bad, but they are very small in size. I expected them to be bigger, so I am satisfied with the product.

Out of 24 balloons - 14!!!! are spoiled. Complete disappointment. The packaging could have been done more qualitatively.

The box was all crumpled, I thought all the balls would be crushed. But no, all the balls are intact.
