The item P6EWLVE6 arrived broken, therefore unusable. What to do ?

I ordered 2 round mole repellers, but received square ones. One doesn't work, it's broken, something is rattling inside. This damage was already present when it was shipped, can't you really check what you're sending?? Thank you, the support team responded quickly, they refunded half the money. Arrived whole, put it in the sun... I don't know if it works or not... I whitewashed the trees, saw ants, watered the flowers, spiders crawled... I can't say anything about other pests yet
