Of course, this will be the last time I shop from you. The product doesn't work – the foil roll gets stuck inside and cannot be pulled out, and the gun cannot eject the foil. Furthermore, it emits unpleasant smoke and odor.. This is the first thing. The second thing, which is even more serious, is that you have a system that makes it almost impossible to return goods. It is truly shameful.
