Small and short

I took XL for my size 46. As a result, the sweater turned out to be small, and after washing it became microscopic. By the way, about washing: it sheds a lot. The water is red even after 8 times.

The sweater is awful, it is sewn crookedly and askew and this is clearly visible, the seams are rough and the color is not the same as in the picture. No response from Support. What to do?

Money wasted. The blouse arrived in an unknown size, no tags anywhere. The quality seems to be good, but it's too small for me.

Delicate material. The size is okay. It arrived in pink and I thought I would receive a color like in the picture: reddish brown. Regarding color: a big disappointment.
