Does it seem normal to you that the watch is gold and the strap is silver? I don't think it's beautiful at all.

The watch itself is beautiful, but it arrived with a rather deep scratch on the case glass. The watch face is minimalist, with only four marks at 3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock, and that's all. The strap is not leather, but silicone. It's easy to fasten, but my hand might sweat under it.

I was really looking forward to the watch as a gift, but the crown for setting the hands is stripped.. Just speechless, the gift was for my daughter. Please either replace the item or issue a refund.
