I give up . The quality of the electric under blanket is perfectly ok , except for the fact that I hadn't realised when ordering it that the plug is not compatible with the UK power sockets . I have explained this in the chat about 4 times and asked for a returns address and refund but am getting nowhere . It's impossible to deal with the customer services. I am very disappointed with them and will not be dealing with Joom again or recommending it to anyone .

The blanket has 9 temperature settings from 20 to 65 degrees and a timer from 1 to 12 hours. To heat the bed, setting 3 - 4 for 5 minutes is sufficient. The comfortable temperature for sleep is setting 1 - 2.
