It was too small

I received a sweater with a dimension of approximately 97cm, and I was guaranteed 105 cm upon purchase! It should have 52.5cm, but it has much less, as seen in the photo. I bought three sweaters in one package, and all of them are not in the sizes I wanted. I want to decide myself how big I want the sweater to be, and I don't want someone to change that without my consent!
