Everything leaked! All the goods in the parcel were wet, the smell was terrible. I had to open everything with gloves. Why?

I opened the package! White liquid poured out of it! As if they were jerking off to my product! All the packages were opened!!!

For some reason all the liquid leaked out of the jar? Unpleasant smell? Wax shouldn't be like this???

On the way I froze, there was nothing except a thin white film and a sponge
