Very bad packaging - just a bag. Therefore, during transportation, the fan got bent like this. When trying to straighten it, it popped out of the handle (it's not fixed in any way) And part of the edge came apart - because of unreliable fixing. What the manufacturer needs to do: 1. When shipping, pack in a box or between two layers of dense cardboard; 2. Fix the metal base of the fan inside the handle. Even if it's with a glue gun - it will be more reliable than it is now.
