Item not corresponding to the order, they send you generic items that have nothing to do with the ad. Very, very poor quality with lots of defects and warped plates!!! In addition, it is very difficult to get a refund from Joom even by sending all the proof!!! They have been making us go round in circles for a week and nothing has been resolved so far! This was my first order on this site and it will also be the last!!! I strongly advise against it, it is complete nonsense and a lot of waste of time and money!
