How to Use
Apply to eyebrows by combing from root to tip. When using with pencil or powder eyebrow products, apply this product last.

It forms a smooth, flexible yet firm, smudge-resistant film. *The sebum-resistant ingredient is trimethyls.., the touch-proof ingredient is dextrin isostearate, and the feather-fit ingredient is lauroyl lysine.
