Is something too small, no feedback regarding exchange so far despite multiple complaints.... Is an exchange possible at all? Asocial and incompetent customer service. I don't know if it's due to the language, but communicatively the employee was anything but friendly and customer-oriented. She needs to be sent for further training. Otherwise, she should rather look for another job. I can hardly understand that in an online purchase there is no exchange possibility within 14 days, even if the customer has made a mistake with the size.
