After contacting many times the company because I didn't receive my order, I still have no clue where is my order and the company doesn't seem willing to help. I receive automatic answer, probably generated by an AI or something like this. This is unfortunately one of these very modern bad company that has no interest in providing good services and good products probably as well ( I cannot judge since I don't have my order). They claim they are based in Autria but they are probably a Chinese or aUS company considering the quality of the service. So I will never recommend, no thank you and farewell.
