Waited an insane number of weeks and then I only get one brooch out of four . Completely impossible to get in touch with anyone via their app, and when you email, you get a message back saying they can only be reached via the app. ! Went through the whole webpage without being able to reach Joom . Should be as easy as ordering but not via the app anyway.

It was supposed to be magnetic, but it isn't, instead it's a steel wire with a plastic knob on the back. Cannot be used for the silk scarf as intended, it would tear the scarf apart in no time. Furthermore, it's grey, not blue. Completely useless for me.

I was delivered a different product so I cannot review something I don't have.. Order placed on April 24th delivered May 6th.. Let's hope at least they refund me or send me what I ordered

I didn't receive an item, I asked for a refund but got no response. I think I'm done with Jom
