Product usage: Take 1 tablet per day, preferably with a meal.

Precautions: If you may become pregnant, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take blood thinners such as warfarin (Coumadin®), consult your doctor before taking this product. Vitamin K2 is not recommended for patients taking blood thinners because it may interfere with the effectiveness of anticoagulant therapy. Do not take if safety seal is broken or missing.
