How to use the product: Carefully open the container lid with a separate seal from the solution. Remove the outer packaging of the nozzle and twist it away from the container containing the solution. Use while sitting on the toilet, standing in the shower, or in the bathtub. Carefully insert the nozzle about 3 inches into the vagina, then press the bottle from the bottom until most of the liquid comes out. A small amount of fluid may remain in the container. The solution should come out of the vagina.
