I ordered size 40 which according to the description should have 25cm, in reality they are 26.5cm. I requested a return or replacement with a smaller size, i.e., size 39.
The merchant must inspect any product before selling it. Yesterday I received these shoes. There is a zipper on the left shoe that does not open. I cannot wear the shoes. I wrote to the support center for support. So far, no one is answering me, I don't know why. Even though I have been buying from the Zoom app since 2021, I bought them in 1021 [likely a typo, should be 2021] until today, no less than 12,000 euros. Why this treatment? I don't know.
Light boots, smell of rubber, apparently from the sole. Not a high instep. But otherwise good!
The product is of good quality, but the instep is low. How to return it?
