Solution: NOW® Solutions Magnesium Chloride Flakes are a natural bath additive ideal for softening the skin. Our pure magnesium flakes are extracted from the ancient Zechstein Seabed in the Netherlands, one of the purest remaining sources of the mineral in the world. Traditionally used to improve skin hydration and to provide a soothing effect when added to water baths or foot baths. One cup of flakes contains about 19 grams of magnesium.

Product usage: Foot bath: Soak about 1 cup in 1 gallon of warm water for 20 to 30 minutes. Big bath: Dissolve 4 cups in a bathtub of warm water. Soak for 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.

Ingredients: Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flake.
