How to use the product: How to use the floss: Pull the floss taut so that it can easily slide between the teeth. This loosens the floss so it touches more of the tooth surface. Move the floss up and down against your teeth to remove plaque and food particles above and below the gums. Rinse the floss as needed (repeat for each tooth).To use a toothpick: Place the tip of the toothpick between the teeth at the gum line. Gently move in and out to remove plaque and food particles and stimulate the gums. Rinse as needed.
