This three-step transforming cleanser (balm-oil-milk) easily dissolves stubborn makeup and oily impurities without stripping the skin of essential moisture. Evening primrose seed extract is rich in gamma-linoleic acid, which is known to reduce inflammation and improve skin conditions such as acne and eczema.
