How to use the product: Shake well before use. How to use as sunscreen: Apply generously to exposed areas 15 minutes before sun exposure Reapply at least every 2 hours or as needed after towel drying or after swimming or sweating Waterproof if swimming or sweating How to use sunscreen to protect against UV rays: Regularly use sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher. Other ways to block UV rays are as follows: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, a hat and sunglasses.
