The item was delivered to Chisinau in 18 days. The sleeves fit just right. I like how the neckline and below look, but it could have been one size smaller. Because of the gathering at the chest, it all flares out into a wide hem. And it looks baggy at the bottom. For me, this is not a problem. It's easier to make something smaller from something large. But the sleeves are not tight-fitting - that's a +

It's just huge, definitely a size 54-56, but definitely not a size 48. The sleeves are long, it's shapeless, thin cotton for one time use. Disappointed, to put it mildly.
