I already asked how you do it because for overseas territories, I return items and you reply immediately and send me the label that I print and drop off at the relay point. And you, overseas, I ask and you don't reply. It's not polite of you. I don't know what to do with these flowers, they are so tiny, I don't know where to put them. I would like to know how to proceed because it's very difficult when you receive something and have to return it. I will take precautions. I have never ordered from you before, but I was ready to order again. You don't care about my messages, and I have trouble returning items.
