Item damaged during transport. Because it's a gift for a child, glued the item myself.

l When i first opened joom to find a squid game mask identical to the one they used in the show i found this one and the image looked identical and below the image it said “matches the image” so i thought i would order it fast forward 2-3 weeks it arrives and i open the bag it was in and it was bent and broken at the top left which disappointed me since halloween is in 4 days and i need a mask to wear for my costume i hope we can resolve this problem and i can be reimbursed

Hello, We received the squid game mask dented and broken. Thank you for taking note of this and for informing us of the reimbursement procedures. I am attaching the photo. It doesn't surprise me that the mask is dented and chipped because it was just covered with plastic and when you know the transport conditions. cordially J.Blavoet
