Bluetooth version, single pack

Why such deception! It is written both on the website and on the box that there are 2 light columns (2 packs), but in the box there is only one light column! Not good! The device itself works well, the color rendering of the music is interesting, the control is convenient, but why such deception with the quantity? I need 2! Send as promised . Stopped turning on after 15 minutes 🤷‍♂️! I demand a refund or a replacement device !
