Received 2 Bluetooth headphones, immediately charged them. The first headset works, but one of the earbuds sounds much louder than the other, the connection to the phone is so weak that it gets lost at a distance of 1m, the playback duration, at a third of the maximum volume, does not exceed 1 hour. The second headset doesn't turn on at all.

Constant background noise and clicks without sound playback. It's heard well, but it shorts out when I do something on the phone, or even if I'm not doing anything at all, it still shorts out. So it works poorly
