DC 16.8V 2A Replacement Power Adapter Lithium Ion Battery Charger Safe Charge

I bought 2 power supplies to charge my battery-powered floodlights. Both don't charge.... I have 4 floodlights and two original 16.8 volt 2 amp chargers. The original ones work, but these don't... I bought simple garbage... My power supplies are smaller in size, but weigh 3 times more. It feels like I bought empty boxes. A tester check showed a voltage of 16.8 volts, but the charging current for fully discharged batteries is only 12 milliamps. The original ones charge with a current of 1 amp. In the photo, my blocks are on the left, and the newly purchased ones are on the right.

You sent something I didn't want to order, absolutely no communication, no answer to my question. I absolutely do not recommend Joom and will never order anything from you again!

Doesn't charge, weight like an empty case. In the second photo is another charger. Polarity checked - the same.
