It doesn't work to get hold of Joom when a watering can had a small damage on it. Otherwise a very nice and good watering can. But trying to send emails or get hold of customer service doesn't work. The information on how to contact them is not correct. The email address provided does not work.. After reporting to Klarna, the case is now resolved, they paused the payment and edited the price. How it happened I don't know, as Joom contacted me suddenly with a different solution from a different email address.....

Delivery after 2.5 weeks. Very satisfied. The watering can looks like in the picture and is so good for watering everything from small cuttings to larger flowers. It also looks stylish in the interior. Love it
