Directions for Use: As a supplement, take 3 capsules daily (1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules 2 hours before bedtime) with 8 to 12 oz of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. During the first week of taking Magtein®, it is recommended to take 2 capsules in the evening. Do not take more than 4 g of Magtein® per day.
