It was too small

To be avoided. Already, the shoes are sent in a plastic bag, not in a box. I ordered size 41 but the sneakers received are much too small. I contacted 'customer service' and there are two options: either I have to return them at my expense (€35 because they have to be sent to China...) ; or I have to measure them and send a photo of the outside of the sneaker to show that 'their parameters do not correspond to those indicated by the seller' (foot length - therefore impossible to measure/show on a photo of the outside of the sneaker only...). What a scam.
