Conversely, the Barrier Water Toner is a completely water-based toner with no viscosity, focusing on soothing the skin and barrier regeneration. Layering the two products helps achieve a synergistic effect of moisturizing, soothing, and barrier regeneration. Depending on your skin type and condition, you can also use one toner at a time.
Q How do I best use it?
You can use it as a "wiping toner" by gently dabbing it in your hands and letting it absorb, or by applying it to a cotton pad and wiping it off. However, when using cotton pads, the texture of the cotton pads can irritate the skin, so it is recommended to use a gentle cotton pad suitable for your skin type and exercise caution.
