The main ingredients, wheat, okara (soybean), and raw sugar, are domestically produced. Store at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity. We are particular about the main ingredients so that even small children can eat them with peace of mind. The soybeans are 100% domestically produced homemade okara, and the flour is locally produced in Aichi Prefecture. The slight sweetness is made using raw sugar containing minerals from Kagoshima Prefecture, and the salt that tightens the overall flavor is also produced in Nagasaki Prefecture. The finishing oil used for frying is non-GMO rapeseed oil, and we choose a roasted type to give it a nice aroma.
